ABOUT

Email me at lessonswithamani@gmail.com

I have been playing guitar and bass for 15 years, and will work with you to master the basics, learn to read sheet music, overcome common hurdles (barre chords, picking styles, finger strength), help you specialize in your favorite genres, and provide a strong foundation in modern music theory. Most important to me is a supportive learning environment with a focus on proper form for maximum comfort and ease of playing. Both guitar and bass students will start with the Hal Leonard instruction books, and will branch out from there.

I also offer music production lessons. I have a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music, double majoring in Independent Recording and Production, as well as Songwriting. I can help you navigate a DAW, create and manage your own workflow, hone your sound design chops and critical mixing ear, and develop your unique voice as a writer.

I teach all ages and offer virtual lessons!
